Customers must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged goods to be eligible for replacement or refund; please email info@iaysha- art.com and include a contact telephone number. We will then contact you with the full details about the refund or replacement procedure.

We would advise that if there is any damage to the outside of the packaging, for the customer to refuse delivery of the package (as stated on the label). If your item does arrive damaged please keep the piece in the original packing to be able to send it back to us.
