Ordering

As you browse our site, choose the art you love and click the button to add to your basket. You can then choose to continue browsing or checkout. Your basket can always be found at the top right of your page. Simply click and follow the instructions to checkout.
Delivery
Customers must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged goods to be eligible for replacement or refund; please email info@iaysha- art.com and include a contact telephone number. We will then contact you with the full details about the refund or replacement procedure.
We would advise that if there is any damage to the outside of the packaging, for the customer to refuse delivery of the package (as stated on the label). If your item does arrive damaged please keep the piece in the original packing to be able to send it back to us.
Items purchased from Iaysha Art Studio by customers within the United Kingdom, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods and must be received in 100% re-saleable condition. You will be required to pay return postage.
Please Note: This excludes items that are hand-made to order, such as artwork that has been custom framed or commissioned, these therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. Also, orders placed outside the United Kingdom can only be returned if faulty.
We will keep you up to date via email, including sending out a shipping confirmation and tracking numbers.

All unframed prints are hand rolled in craft paper and shipped in our ridged postal tubes.
We offer FREE DELIVERY for all unframed items worldwide. Artworks works that are framed will be quoted before purchase.
Framing
A limited edition artwork is where only a set limited number are produced. The edition size tells you how many works were produced; this is typically featured on the artwork.
With an open edition, there is no set limit to the number of reproductions produced, and therefore no number is added to the artwork. However, it is possible for an open edition to only be produced for a set period of time, thus making it more collectable.
Iaysha Art Studio can offer a COA (certificate of authenticity) if requested.
Although we try to make the picture sizes on our website as accurate as possible, we always advise waiting until you receive your print before arranging any framing. Please do not give the sizes on our website to your framer, instead arrange for them to measure the print when it arrives.
We do offer framing, which can be arranged by telephone or by email. We charge for the delivery of framed artworks.

Yes, you can add to your order, but you will need to call me on +44(0)7876 253324. Payment will be need to be made by Bacs.
